How Remote Staffing Works

We provide a dedicated, bilingual (Spanish and English) administrative assistant to answer phones, route calls, make calls, provide customer assistance or even help with light bookkeeping, to do just that remotely. You decide the number of hours you need and pay a flat rate per hour. No payroll taxes, no medical or dental, no 401k contributions, no workers' comp, no office space needed.

If you only need bookkeeping assistance, our specialized accounting staff will remotely connect to your online accounting platform or remotely connect to the computer that hosts your accounting program to provide the service. Much like your accountant or administrative staff does now except we do it for much much less! If you have a question about something we entered, send us an email, text, or give us a call.

Best of all, you can keep your accountant if you like them for doing your taxes. We focus on the data entry and routine bookkeeping letting them focus on the bigger jobs while you enjoy the savings of doing so.

How we do it:

  1. You scan and upload your bills/invoices/receipts/ PO's/payments received to a secure server.

  2. Our dedicated staff member then enters the transactions and codes them to the appropriate account on a schedule that meets your needs and budget.

  3. We can then prepare checks for payments or schedule online payments from your bank or online payment processor. If you prefer to make the payments yourself, we set up a calendar reminder of what is due and when.

  4. When it comes time for account reconciliation each month we only bill you for transactions you didn't have us enter before or if we have to modify the transaction (not due to our error). If the transaction is automatically matched, there are no further charges to reconcile. Even better, if a discrepancy occurs due to an error in our entry, we fix it at no cost.

  5. This is a huge savings over hourly charges your accountant or bookkeeper charges now. We see charges of $35 an hour or hundreds of dollars a month for even very basic bookkeeping needs of small businesses.

  6. If you don't currently have an accounting system you like, we can suggest one to match your particular needs. We DO NOT force you to use a proprietary accounting system that makes it hard for you to switch should you want to. But we know you won't.

  7. We take all the mundane, routine accounting tasks and create an efficient, cost effective alternative to keeping staff on payroll or having a very costly accountant or dedicated bookkeeper do the work.

Cost for Remote Staffing

Our pricing is simple and straightforward:

For a member of our staff to serve with a fixed schedule and act as your regular remote receptionist, administrative assistant, and light bookkeeper:

$11.00 per hour for usage above 20 hours per week

$13.00 per hour for usage above 10 hours a week and less than 20 hours per week

$150.00 per week for up to 10 hours per week

What makes us different from most Virtual Assistants/Remote workers is that our staff if bilingual AND can do light accounting. Normally, it's one or the other with other agencies or you pay much higher rate than we charge if you want both.

For pay per service bookkeeping services only:

  1. Each transaction/entry downloaded or manually entered: 50 cents to code and/or match with supporting documents to proper account. NOTE: No additional charge if we first manually enter a transaction and upon reconciliation there is a discrepancy and human interaction is necessary to complete reconciliation of that entry.

  2. Each invoice/credit memo created for your Accounts Receivables: $1.50 for up to two services/products per invoice. Add 50 cents each additional product or service per invoice.

  3. For each bill/credit memo entered into your Accounts Payable: $1.50

  4. Each online bill payment scheduled/made: $2.00

  5. Each check created through the register or via AP: $1.00

  6. There is a minimum charge of $50 per month ONLY if the combination of downloaded or manually entered charges, bills paid, checks made, or invoices created in a calendar month totals less than $50.

  7. We connect once a week to your system to process transactions. Additional connections beyond once a week are $10 per additional connection in a given week.

  8. That's it! No payroll taxes, no employee benefits to pay, no workers' comp, and no office space needed.

  9. Month to month, no long term commitment required! Only pay for what you use.

  10. If you need help getting your books and systems ready for our services, we can assist you with that as well. Fees typically range from $50 to $100 depending on how many accounts and what services you wish to connect.
